In the business of fine jewelry, an unopened or damaged safe means the potential for a substantial loss of business by the hour. When our primary safe would not open at our premiere store location in Los Angeles, we contacted Access Lock and Safe to arrive on an emergency response call.
A call to the office was placed in the early evening and within 1.5 hours after the call went in, the safe was opened and the merchandise temporarily shifted to another secure location within the store.

I worked with Nim for a significant part of this year...
